Brak połączenia z Ubuntu przez NoMachine

Witam kupiłem sobie Cloud Server z Ubuntu 16.4.2 LTS i gdy wszystko robię jak na instrukcji i tak na końcu wyskakuje mi błąd w NoMachine "Usługa NoMachine nie jest dostępna lub dostęp został wyłączony" Ktoś ma pomysł jak to rozwiązać ?

Zgaduję, że po stronie Ubuntu nie nadałeś jakiemuś plikowi prawa do wykonywania - stąd błąd typu "operation not permitted".

Tylko teraz jakie by to mogły byc pliki i jak nadac te uprawnienia szukałem na necie całe 4 dni siedziałem nad tym robiłem wszystko co mogło byc przyczyną. Ale dalej bezskutecznie ;/
