Brak możliwośći zwiększenia roździelczości po instalacji sterowników nvidia

Witam mam Linuxa jak wyżej,Przed instalacja sterowników miałam roździelke taką jak na monitorze 1280x1024 a po instalacji max to 640x480!! nie da się pracować na takiej jakieś pomysły sugestie?Moja karta graficzna to Geforce 8600 GT w nvidia-settings mam też dwie tylko możliwości.Wszystkie porady z forum zastosowałem i dalej nic akceleracja 3d jest ale jak pracować na tak niskiej roździelce
