Ściągnij sobie (MULTIOS Zip) umieść zawartość folderu tam gdzie chcesz np. w folderze z TWOJĄ_NAZWĄ/.jd i uruchomiasz komendą:

java -Xmx512m -jar /home/TWOJA_NAZWA/.jd/JDownloader.jar

a do uruchomiania z menu stwórz plik:
JDownloader.desktop

nautilus /home/TWOJA_NAZWA/.local/share/applications/

Jeśli chcesz usunąć to wywalasz tylko folder .jd i JDownloader.desktop.
