echo jest poleceniem wewnętrznym powłoki i sudo na niego nie działa - najlepszym rozwiązaniem jest przez sudo otworzenie /etc/apt/sources.list (np. przez Gedit) i tam wklejenie linii, które sugeruje marcin1982

Ponadto nie polecam mieszania apt-get i aptitude. Lepiej zdecydować się na jedno narzędzie.

Potem w razie potrzeby uzupełnisz ....
