Własnie udostępniłem kernel w wersji 3.0.0-ext73-f1-16.1-k8-ags-cfs, w najbliższych dwóch dniach wersja dla atoma.

Podane w skrypcie linki do Dropbox'a nie działają, przez co nie da się pobrać ani kernela, ani nagłówków. Za każdym razem wyskakuje 404.

Racja ;/ z tego ciągłego pośpiechu ... nie zmieniłem odpowiednio nazw nagłówków i image kernela. Już zrobione

Dodałem v16.1-atom. A nie możesz bo włączyłem nouveau. Zainstaluj z repozytoriów ppa:ubuntu-x-swat/x-updates

Chyba nie do końca się zrozumieliśmy (mój błąd, że nie doprecyzowałem problemu).

A więc używam 7300GT + najnowsze sterowniki ze strony nVidii. Gdy zainstaluję kernela 16.1 K8 za pomocą skryptu, instalator nVidii wyrzuca następujący błąd zarówno przy próbie instalacji sterowników/kompilacji modułu pod niego, jak i również pod wersję 2.6.39.3 15.9 K8 (sic! o.O):

Gdy natomiast po prostu ściągnę 16.1 K8 z Dropboxa i zainstaluję w normalny sposób - sudo dpkg -i - nadal otrzymuje powyższy błąd przy próbie instalacji/kompilacji Forceware pod niego, ale za to pod 2.6.39.3 wszystko działa bez zarzutu (mogę bez problemu przeinstalować stery).

Nouveau nie ma nic do rzeczy, bo instalator nVidii ma opcje jego wyłączania, natomiast X-Sawt nie ma w ogóle paczek ze sterami NV pod Natty'ego, nie wspominając już o najnowszych, bo te dla 10.10 to jakieś same przedpotopowe.

Jest problem w kernelu z serii 3.0 z sterownikami do kart nVidia. Należy ręcznie skompilować i zainstalować sterownik z pliku binarnego do pobrania:
Wersja 32 bitowa:

Wersja 64 bitowa:

Usuwamy obecnie zainstalowaną wersję sterownika:

sudo apt-get remove nvidia-current

Jeżeli nie mamy nagłówków kernela i kompilatorów instalujemy je poleceniem:

sudo apt-get install build-essential checkinstall cdbs devscripts dh-make fakeroot libxml-parser-perl check avahi-daemon linux-headers-`uname -r`

Po pobraniu pliku odpowiedniego dla architektury systemu wykonujemy następujące polecenia w terminalu:

echo '#nouveau' >> /etc/modprobe.d/blacklist.conf
echo 'blacklist nouveau' >> /etc/modprobe.d/blacklist.conf
sed  -i '/^nouveau$/d'  /etc/modules
exit

W tym momencie uruchamiamy ponownie system. Następnie wykonujemy w terminalu:

sudo chmod +x ~/NVIDIA-Linux-x86-275.21.run

Aby sprawdzić jaki mamy manager okien wykonujemy polecenie:

basename `cat /etc/X11/default-display-manager`

W moim przypadku będzie to gdm.
Następnie wciskamy na klawiaturze kombinację CTRL+ALT+F1 by dostać się do trybu tekstowego.
Zamykamy serwer X'ów:

sudo /etc/init.d/gdm stop

uruchamiamy instalator :

sudo ./NVIDIA-Linux-x86-275.21.run

Następnie w kreatorze klikamy [Accept] i [OK].
Wykonujemy dodatkowo polecenie:

sudo nvidia-xconfig

następnie uruchamiamy X serwer:

sudo /etc/init.d/gdm start

Uwaga skrypty źle linkują nagłówki ! Zamiast do linux-3.0 robią do linux-2.6.39. Postaram się to szybko naprawić - piszę z telefonu. Bez tego nie zbuduje prawidłowo żadnego modułu/sterownika. Wyszło zgodnie z zasadą, co nagle to po diable - chciałem szybko udostepnić realizując jeszcze inne działania.

Ustaliłem, że podany w moim poprzednim poście błąd instalatora ze strony nVidii dotyczy wyłącznie kernela e X t 7 3 - zarówno instalowanego przez skrypt (w którym poprawiłem wadliwą komendę, linkującą nagłówki 2.6.39.3), jak i bez niego, poprzez sudo dpkg -i. Na wersji z kernel PPA instalacja przebiega bez problemu, tylko trzeba zignorować komunikat o niezgodności wersji GCC.

Już zmieniłem skrypty dla K8. Błędy wynikają z linkowania nagłówków ... poprzedni instalator uszkodził linkowanie do 2.6.39 ! zatem nie zbuduje ani modułów/sterowników dla v15.9, ani dla 16.1 ... Wykonać proszę jeszcze raz skrypty dla v16.1-K8. Za chwilę poprawie dla atoam.

Ten błąd na pewno nie ma nic wspólnego ze skryptem, bo występuje także gdy zainstaluję kernela bez niego. Coś jest chyba nie tak z nagłówkami i/lub z samym kernelem.

Dziwne ... chodzi konkretnie o nagłówki:

a z ppa nie tworzy modułu przy instalacji ?

Zobacz do /usr/src ... czy masz link linux-3.0 do nagłówków kernela v.16.1.

Aha jeszcze jaka wersja sterowników Nvidii ? Ja testowałem od 275.x w górę.

Co do PPA, to próbowałem już najnowszej paczki z xorg-edgers, zarówno dla Natty'ego, jak i dla Oneiric'a, i nadal ten błąd.

A link w /usr/src jest.

Oki chyba wiem ... wersja make ... zainstalował się z nową wersją Libre Office 3.3.3 z ppa -> ppa:libreoffice/ppa. Jeszcze zrobię testy ... inaczej muszę przebudować obie wersje.

Witam Tomek- genialna praca ponownie! Wspaniale, gratulacje. Instalacja 16.1 na Atomie bez zarzutów, spokojnie, syzbko i bezpoleśnie. Poza tym, system stabilny i bardzo żywo reagujący na komendy i polecenia. Dodatkow znikł problem z przestawianiem się trybu obługi procesorów - jest z automatu (nie musze ręcznie ustawiać) performance! Wreszci eudało się rozwiązać mój problkem (ondemance wskakiwął i ręcznie trzeba było za kazdym startem zmieniać!>

witam. Po zainstalowaniu kernela 16 system działa spoko, ale mój problem z HDMI nie znikł. Jednak zauważyłem że mogę włączyć opcje rozszerzonego pulpitu ale na LCD TV 32 rozdzielczość musi być 1024x768 ( na jajku oryginalnym mogłem ustawić 1366×768 ) i moje pytanie jest takie. Przed uruchomieniem systemu mogę wybrać wersje jajka , czy przy każdym kernelu jest uruchamiany inna wersja sterownika karty graficznej, bo jeżeli sterownik zawsze jest ten sam to może trzeba dopisać coś do jakiegoś pliku bo problem zrobił sie dziwny.

Po pierwsze potwierdzam problem z budowaniem modułów ... na razie nie znalazłem przyczyny, ale na pewno związana jest z nagłówkami kernela. Gdy mamy pełne źródła buduje wszystko oki. Szukam rozwiązania.

Co do sterowników intela ... tu to nie jest takie proste. Jednak jak obiecałem jak tylko dorwę maszynę z HDMI i intelem postaram się to zdiagnozować.
