Subbuffer w notebooku Acer Aspire 7720-6604

Witam,
mam taki problem:
Jestem szczęsliwym posiadaczem laptopa Acer Aspire 7720-6604. Ma on kartę dzwiękową Realtek HD i głośniki systemu "2.1"
Niestety w żaden sposób nie mogę uruchomić subbuffera. Proszę o pomoc.
System Debian Testing, jajo 2.6.39

W pliku /etc/modprobe.d/alsa-base.conf na końcu dopisz:
Potem restart, sprawdź zmiany i przetestuj tak pozostałe (zamiast
auto wpisz inną opcję):

niestety żadna z tych możliwości nie pomaga.....

ale nie bardzo wiem o co w tym chodzi ..... może to w jakiś sposób mi pomoże ? .... tylko nie rozumiem co mam zrobić ..
