Nie działa touchpad, w bezpiecznym trybie graf. działa

Nie rozwiązał się mój problem z Ubuntu, kiedy już zdążył pojawić się nowy -.-' Sytuacja wygląda tak: kiedy już uruchomię system, nie działa mi touchpad (część przesuwania jak i przyciski). Oczywiście konieczny jest restart, uruchamiam w bezpiecznym trybie graficznym, tu wszystko pięknie działa, właśnie z niego piszę, touchpad działa tu bez zarzutu, działa też i na Viście.

Kiedy po wyjściu z bezpiecznego trybu graficznego włączę Ubu znów, ale w normalnym trybie, touchpad działa. HELP!

Jak to rozwiązać? :( Do tej pory tego nie było, używam Ubuntu 10.10. Nie sprawdzałem, czy dziala wtedy mysz, bo akurat nie posiadam, ale jutro pożyczę i dam znać

Proszę o pomoc, dalej to samo - myszy jeszcze nie sprawdziłem, dopiero wieczorem sprawdze bo nie mam :/

hmmmm wygląda na to, że plik konfigurujący x.org jest ok w trybie bezpiecznym. Trochę mnie to dziwi bo myślałem, że każde logowanie to nowa sesja xów i nowa konfiguracja.

Po pierwsze, podaj swój model touchpada. Później wygenerujemy xorg.conf spróbujemy dojść do tego jak powininna wyglądać sekcja odpowiedzialna za touchpada.

Ok, slicznie dziękuję za zainteresowanie tematem - jestem tak zdesperowany, że chciałem już dzisiaj znów robic formata wszystkiego, na nowo stawiać Vistę i Ubuntu ...

Jest tylko jeden problem: jak mogę to sprawadzić? Jakimś pogramem da radę (ew. programem na windowsa) - bo szczerze przyznam, ze nie wiem, laptop z iCOMu taki składany.

a mysz sprawdzę dopiero jutro, bo dzisiaj kolegi nie było i nie miałem jak pożyczyć

Reinstalacja ubuntu by nie pomogła. Uwierz mi ;-)

te polecenie wyświetli ci listę urządzeń "input" ─ przycisk zasilania, czujnik pokrywy, klawiatura, no i oczywiście touchpad. Jeśli jest to jakiś model synaptica to jesteśmy w domu.

o tutaj jest kawałek o touchpadzie. W sumie to nie mam pojęcia dlaczego nie działa bo log wygląda ok. :P

Nie wiem czy to cię uratuje bo sam używam innego systemu, a poza tym na samym ekranie logowania też mi nie działają przyciski touchpada (ale je mam skonfigurowane w kynaptics).

Generowanie xorg.conf nie jest trudne. przejdź do konsoli (nie emulatora, a konsoli, wciśnij klawisze ctrl+alt+F1), wpisz kolejno
sudo su
service gdm stop
Xorg -configure
reboot

jeśli nie zacznie działać ci touchpad, to spróbuj dopisać do pliku /etc/X11/xorg.conf to co u mnie.

tak, przepraszam, wyraziłem się niejasno. Wygeneruj xorg.conf procedurą numer 1. Po tym gdy komputer uruchomi się sprawdź czy może twój touchpad nie zaczął działać. Jeśli nie to otwórz plik xorg.conf w edytorze tekstu (ale z uprawnieniami roota, więc np.

, i dopisz to co ci podałem. Jeśliby wszystko przestało działać to się nie przejmuj bo możesz usunąć xorg.conf poleceniem sudo rm /etc/X11/xorg.conf z poziomu konsoli.

Gdybyś bał się, że coś zepsujesz (ale nie ma powodu) zawsze możesz wkleić tu swój plik xorg.conf

Korzystam z Ubuntu 10.10 z GNOME (gdm), ale doinstalowałem sobie także i KDE (ale loguje się do KDE za pomocą gdm) - jeśli to coś pomoże.

Strasznie to dziwne (to, że działało i przestało). Jakimś linuxowym wymiataczem to nie jestem więc może czegoś nie rozumiem.

Tak czy owak ─ zainstaluj proszę synaptic (to menadżer pakietów, nazwa przypadkowo zbieżna z synaptics) i wyszukaj w nim gsynaptics. To taki gnomeowy konfigurator dla tych touchpadów. Zainstaluj go. Może będziesz w stanie coś w nim ustawić.

Możesz też sprawdzić jeszcze raz czy system widzi touchpada (cat /proc/bus/input/devices). Wydawać by się mogło że powinno działać, więc może to jakaś awaria sprzętowa.

Jeśli chcesz reinstalować, to gwarantuję ci, że w wypadku ubuntu to pomoże. Ewentualnie możesz spróbować innego distra, osobiście polecam pclinuxos ─ proste, przyjazne, okodekowane, osternikowane distro ale ten touchpad na pewno da się jakoś uruchomić na ubuntu :/ Nawet miałem gdzieś w zakładkach instrukcję ale teraz dostaję 404.

PS
Możesz też poszukać w synaptic pakietów pod hasłem synaptics ─ może w ubuntu domyślnie nie ma sterownika dla tych touchpadów?

- zrobiłem, to, o czym pisałeś w ostatnim poście - jednak nic to nie dało
- wkurzyłem się, i zainstalowałem Ubuntu od nowa, podczas instalacji touchpad działał, byłem więc dobrej myśli

Przykro mi, że nie potrafię ci pomóc. Nawet nie wiem z czego to wynika, czasami system widzi touchpada, a czasami nie. Jak już pisałem reinstalacja nigdy nie jest rozwiązaniem (chyba, że sam zepsułeś a wcześniej działało :P). Już lepiej spróbować z innym distrem.

Przepraszam, że cię zawiodłem.

Nie, nie, kolego, nie masz za co przepraszać! ;) Cieszę się, że chciałeś mi pomóc, i serio, naprawde to doceniam, stokrotne dzięki :) Inna sprawa, że się nie udało, ale widocznie tak musiało być.

W każdym razie, jeśli ktoś wpadnie na jakiś pomysł, to proszę o pomoc, bo problem niestety nadal aktualny :( Pozdrowiania i podziękowania dla Ciebie, sir_herrbatka, że chciałeś poświęcić mi swój czas :)

Może to jest jakiś szerszy problem. U mnie (Ubuntu 11.04) też touchpad nie zawsze działa prawidłowo.
Czasami po uruchomieniu systemu działa wszystko OK i można zmieniać ustawienia touchpada w Centrum sterowania/Mysz - jest tam oddzielna zakładka.
Innym razem znowu przestaje działać scrolowanie z touchpada, a ruch kursora jest strasznie wolny. I nie można tego zmienić w ustawieniach, bo zakładka dotycząca touchpada znika z okna ustawień myszy.
Nie wiem od czego to może zależeć, bo w ustawieniach nic nie zmieniam.

Dokładnie, to tak, jak u mnie. Raz działa, innym razem nie - i nawet system go wtedy nie widzi :/ żal odchodzić od Ubuntu, pieknego KDE, które tak lubię ... najbardziej w Ubu pasuje mi to, ze jak cos instaluję, i to ma zależności, to one też się pobiorą, nie tak jak w Slacku na przykład :)

Może jednak znajdzie się ktoś jeszcze, kto by umiał coś na to poradzić
