No such device - błąd po instalacji Ubuntu 13.10

Witam,
na początek prosiłbym o wyrozumiałość, gdyż nie mam zupełnie doświadczenia z żadnym z linuxowych systemów operacyjnych :) Pobrałem i zainstalowałem Ubuntu w wersji 13.10. W trakcie instalacji wybrałem opcję "Przy Windows 7" - chcąc zachować możliwość wyboru. Niestety po zakończeniu całego procesu i próbie uruchomienia komputera pojawia się komunikat/informacja:

error: no such device: 9f9b55fb-....

Szperając w Internecie w poszukiwaniu rozwiązania wykonałem następujące polecenia (po odpaleniu systemu z Live CD):

Kod: Zaznacz cały

Open a terminal from the Live CD, and run the following commands:

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:yannubuntu/boot-repair
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install -y boot-repair
boot-repair
After a few seconds, Boot Repair's main window will open.

Click on Recommended repair.

You're done!
Niestety, nic to nie dało. Nie chcąc dalej ryzykować wolę zapytać o rozwiązanie na forum, gdyż obawiam się całkowitego "udupienia" dysku czy też istniejącej instalacji W7.

Na pierwszy rzut oka nie widać niczego co miałoby powodować ten błąd. Najprościej to przeinstalować gruba ale skoro grub repair nie pomógł to musi być coś ciekawego.
Gruba masz zainstalowanego w mbr obu dysków. Sprawdzałeś co się dzieje jak wystartujesz komputer z drugiego dysku? Gdy to się nie powiedzie to odłącz dysk z windowsem i uruchom komputer. Daj znać jaki efekt.
