Problem polega na tym, że ja na linuksie jestem nowicjuszem i często mam problem z samą obsługa terminala, nie mówiąc już o trudniejszych sprawach. Dzięki za informacje. Kamera ma wbudowany mikrofon. Co do skypa, to raz obraz z kamery się w nim pojawia a raz nie. Próbowałem wiele razy podłączyć kamerę i nie ma reguły kiedy pojawi się obraz. Dzisiaj pokombinuję jeszcze na miarę moich możliwości i najwyżej odezwę się znowu. Kiedyś próbowałem dodać sterowniki z exploits, ale po drodze wywaliło mi jakiś błąd i zrezygnowałem. Może tym razem się uda.

Uruchom terminal i klepnij:

I zacznij testować obraz kamerki. Sprawdź, czy będzie pojawiać się tak jak wcześniej, czy jest jakiś postęp.

Co do dźwięku, to podałeś odpowiedź tylko na jedno z moich pytań... Sprawdzałeś w systemowych ustawieniach dźwięku, czy czasami nie pojawiał się dodatkowy mikrofon? Jak jest, to spróbuj go przełączyć.

Jak problem z dźwiękiem jest dalej, to edytuj plik /etc/pulse/default.pa:

i dodaj tsched=0 do dwóch modułów:

Zapisz plik i uruchom Skype raz jeszcze. Może być potrzebne przeładowanie systemu.

Jak widać na poniższych zrzutach, system wykrywa dodatkowe mikrofony. Nie mam pojęcia co z tym zrobić, bo boję się że coś zepsuje. Co do obrazu, to zrobiłem ostatnio kilka aktualizacji i wyświetla się już poprawnie.

Napiszę tak... Czy na zamknięte drzwi zawsze rzucasz się od razu z łomem? Czasami warto jest nacisnąć na klamkę...

Dlaczego chcesz od razu odinstalować wbudowany mikrofon. Na umieszczonym przez Ciebie zrzucie, nie tylko masz możliwość wyciszenia wbudowanego mikrofonu, ale również masz przycisk włączenia i wyłączenia mikrofonu. Zatem, jak jeszcze tego nie próbowałeś, to wyłącz najpierw ten mikrofon, następnie wybierz z listy mikrofon twojej kamerki i sprawdź, czy jest włączony. Sprawdź również w ustawieniach Skype, z którego mikrofonu korzysta i testuj...

Inna opcja, to odpalenia alsamixer w terminalu i zabawa suwakami...

Edit:

Odinstalowałem Puls Audio i zainstalowałem ASLA. W tej chwili jest tak, ze ja słyszę wszystko bardzo wyraźnie, ale znowu mnie nie słychać.

W menagerze dźwięków wygląda to tak, że nie ma żadnego mikrofonu. Z listy w skypie wybrałem wszystkie po kolei ale niestety nie działają.
