HP 530 jak czytać logi z smartmontools

Witam!
Mam chyba problem z dyskiem. Nie mogłem znaleźć działu hardware więc umieszczam tu.
Zainstalowałem sobie smartmontools ale niestety nie mogę dojść jak czytać te logi. Tzn domyślam się co czytać ale nie wiem jak interpretować.
Czy może ktoś mógłby mi pomóc w interpretacji albo wskazał jakiś podręcznik gdzie mógłbym sobie o tym poczytać?

Wolny zapis/odczyt. A jak widać dysk już stary.
