[solved] po zmianie systemu Win XP na Ubuntu wolno działa WiFi, Atheros AR2413/AR2414 Wireless Network Adapter

Zainstalowałem dzisiaj Ubuntu 12.04 na starym laptopie Toshiba Satellite.

Podaję dane z informacji o systemie:
Pamięć: 873,4 MiB
Procesor Intel Celeron M CPU 410 @ 1,46 GHz
Grafika Gallium 0.4 on ATI RC410
Typ systemu operacyjnego : 32-bitowy
Dysk: 58,1 GB

Internet mam z UPC, kabel dochodzi do modemu ( który wysyła sygnał wi fi). Z modemu kabel jest przeciągnięty do kompa stacjonarnego i net chodzi szybko.
Laptop łączy się z netem oczywiście nie kablem ( bo ten już jest zajęty) tylko za pomocą wi fi, który jest bardzo wolny. Zawartość stron wgrywa się po kilka minut...

Dodam jeszcze informację, że przed instalacją Ubuntu na laptopie był Windows XP. Wtedy wi fi chodziło szybko, więc myślę, że nie chodzi o sam sygnał ...

Przepraszam za pomyłkę. Podany wyżej wynik polecenia lspci -k nie był z laptopa tylko z kompa stacjonarnego.

Jak po zastosowaniu się do powyższego problem nie został rozwiązany, to uruchom terminal i klepnij poniższe polecenia:

Wersję Ubuntu mam 12.04.4 , kernel 3.11.0
Niestety wi fi jest wolne jak poprzednio

Jeśli problem rozwiązany, to edytuj swój pierwszy post i na początku tytułu dodaj [SOLVED] - ułatwi to innym z podobny problemem znalezienie rozwiązania.
