Witam.
Próbuje zainstalować Ubuntu 12.4 z USB na IBM T40 ale wyskakuje mi taki komunikat.

Error: PAE is disabled on this Pentium M
(PAE can potentially be enabled with karnel parameter "fortepian"-this is unsupported, may cause unknown 
problems, and will taint the kernel) 
This kernel reguires the following features not present on the CPU : PAE
Unable to boot -please use a kernel appropriate for your CPU

Jak by ktoś mógł pomóc byłbym wdzięczny.

Nie instaluj Ubuntu.

Zainstaluj Xubuntu ponieważ:

The i386 images use a non-PAE kernel. The non-PAE kernel will not be available in future Xubuntu releases.

Xubuntu powinno ruszyć.
Tamta wersja Ubuntu i wszystkie nowsze odmiany dystrybucji - od 12.04 - nie mają już kernela bez PAE.

Podaj pozostałe parametry tego laptopa (pamięć itp.)

Dziękuję instalacja ruszyła Xubuntu

Trochę to trwa ale już powinienem sobie poradzić.
