Grub nie uruchamia windowsa 8 [Solved]

Po aktualizacji oprogramowania grub nie uruchamia Windowsa 8. Start windowsa 8 możliwy jedynie po zmianie w biosie, gdy partycja windowsowa ustawiona jest przed Ubuntu. Grub zainstalował się przy instalacji Kubuntu na partycji EFI bez błędów. Kubuntu startuje prawidłowo. Po wyborze Windowsa pojawia się czarny ekran bez komunikatów. Boot repair disk zmienia jedynie to, że pojawia się więcej opcji startu Windowsa, ale żadna nie uruchamia go. Pierwszy raz gdy instalowałem Kubuntu 14.04 nie instalował się grub. Zainstalował się przy pomocy Boot repair disk. Po instalacji Kubuntu 16.04 ponownie użyłem Boot repair disk i od tamtego czasu (2 lata) nie było żadnych problemów z bootowaniem obu systemów. Po ostatniej aktualizacji oprogramowania otrzymałem komunikat - o ile dobrze pamiętam - że nie zainstalowano prawidłowo shim-signet.
Informacje o zainstalowanych systemach:
Windows 8.1 preinstalowany, partycje gpt bezpieczny rozruch EFI system 64bit.
Kubuntu 16.04.2 64 bit.
Komputer Packard Bell Easy Share - laptop
Plik grub.cfg wygląda tak:
Proszę o pomoc, w internecie, można znaleźć różne przypadki, ale sposobu rozwiązania tego problemu nie znalazłem.
