Jak sprawdzić czy system działa dobrze (repozytoria, programy, system)

Kiedy wykonuję komendę " sudo apt update "
pokazuje mi się -> " 404 Not Found [IP: 91.189.95.83.80] " (zrzut ekranu niżej)
Z tego co czytałem na forach, to powinienem usunąć repozytoria z pinty? Chyba się źle zainstalowało.
Chciałbym zrobić kopię systemu, ale chciałbym być pewny, że wszystko działa poprawnie. Jak to sprawdzić?
Proszę o pomoc.

Usuń te repozytoria, bo nie mają paczek dla eoan.
Nie wklejaj zrzutów tylko tekst.

Nie słyszałem o poleceniu remove-apt-repository, system jak widać też.

sudo add-apt-repository --remove repozytorium
Nie musisz tego robić w terminalu, możesz też menadżerze aktualizacji.
