Minecraft takes control of the mouse

When playing Minecraft in fullscreen, if another application takes focus, Minecraft "minimizes" but still has control of my mouse. My keyboard works fine, applications keep running, and I can even move my mouse, but mouse clicks don't register. I can move to other windows clicking Alt+Tab, but i can only use my keyboard in them.
I have no problem playing Minecraft and when I close it the problem disappears, but i want to use other applications during playing Minecraft ( like Browser or Discord ).
I would be greatful for your help.
