Dell e6430 - brak bluetooth ubuntu 18.04

Cześć, trochę poszperałem i nie znalazłem rozwiązania ani na forum ani u "wujka" Google. Jest wysokie prawdopodobieństwo, że raczej przez swoją ignorancję w temacie, niż brak takiego rozwiązania w ww. nośnikach wiedzy. Do rzeczy:
Mam postawiony ubuntu 18.04 na Dell e6430. Nie mam bluetooth.
Wykonałem dziesiątki poleceń, których tu nie przytoczę bo było to z miesiąc temu i doszedłem do wniosku, że po prostu pewnie nie mam urządzenia w kompie.
Jako, że ten bluetooth jest mi potrzebny teraz bardziej postanowiłem tu napisać. Z góry dziękuję za poświęcony mi czas.

Bluetooth (urządzenie) chyba jest, natomiast nie działa. Oto co mi wypluło po poniższej komendzie:

A czy nie jest włączony bluetooth programowo lub sprzętowo

Niestety nie rozumiem pytania. Odpowiem tak jak je rozumiem: Jeżeli chodzi o to czy go włączyłem(sprzętowo) czy nie jakimś poleceniem to tego nie wiem, i nie wiem jakim poleceniem to sprawdzić. Jeżeli chodzi o to czy go widać programowo to zainstalowałem "Blueman Assistant" niestety "nie widzi" w nim nic chociaż przełącznik "włącz/wyłącz" jest w pozycji "włącz"
dodatkowo po poleceniu:
sudo /etc/init.d/bluetooth start

Następujący pakiet został zainstalowany automatycznie i nie jest już więcej wymagany:

Ja powiem tylko Intel core i5 3 generacji i może mac ramu 4-16 GB i jest z 2012 roku lub troszkę późniejszy z grafiką Intela

W biosie jest włączony Bluetooth/ w zakładce WIFI w dwóch miejscach-porobiłem zdjęcia do wglądu.
Na Windzie nie wiem czy działa bo komputer mam od 2 tygodni i zainstalowałem 18.04

Według tych danych nie widzę w twoim systemie... fizycznie urządzenia bluetooth ?
Nawet po wydaniu komendy : rfkill list

Hmm, czy to pewnie, że go nie ma? W sumie własnie sprawdziłem i można kupić adapter bluetooth za 20 zeta.

Teoretycznie istnieje możliwość jego wyłączenia w biosie lub w UEFI? Lub wyłączenie przełącznikiem (mało prawdopodobne) bo jest widoczna karta wifi broadcom (przełącznik zwykle wyłącza również kartę wi-fi) a druga możliwość to programowe wyłączenie bluetooth (nie musi temu towarzyszyć wyłączenie karty wi-fi)
Ja czasem programowo wyłączam programowo zarówno wi-fi lub bluetooth lub jedno i drugie na laptopie Lenovo Ideapad
Warto sprawdzić czy w nowszym LTS będzie widoczny bluetooth.
