nie pojawiają mi się w czasie pisania polskie znaki, nie mam też uaktywnionego paska edytora tekstu mimo zaznaczej opcji, czy coś można na to poradzić?

mam ten sam problem, dodatkowo klawisz "e" wlacza i wylacza zapisywanie historii czatu

u mnie to samo, brak polskich znaków, co z tym zrobić?

A może ktoś wie jak w ogóle wyłączyć domyślne skróty klawiaturowe?

Sprawdźcie, czy w /etc/X11/xorg.conf macie wpis
Option "XkbLayout" "pl"

Powinien znajdować się w input section.

niestety u mnie nie ma czegoś takiego w pliku, jak to dodać?

Używasz ubuntu 8.04, czy 8.10?

dokladnie najnowszego ubuntu 8.10

Wpisz w konsoli:
sudo dpkg-reconfigure console-setup
i zmień układ klawiatury.
Nie używam tej wersji ubuntu, ale na stronie jest napisane, żeby tak zrobić, aby zmienić układ klawiatury.
