Nie jestem pewien, ale chyba nie masz odpowiedniego pluginu.
Netbeans w centrum oprogramowania jest bardzo nieaktualny. Proponuję Ci ściągnąć najnowszą wersję z: http://www.netbeans.org/downloads/index.html (najlepiej tą najbardziej rozbudowaną).
