Posiadam SMPlayer w wersji 0.6.6
Przy próbie oglądnięcia pliku rmvb mam dźwięk bez obrazu.
W programie Totem 2.26.1 nie mam z odtworzeniem żadnych problemów.
Czym to może być spowodowane. Przywykłem już do SMPlayera i nie chciałbym go tak skonfigurować aby i w nim działały pliki rmvb wraz z obrazem.
Po uruchomieniu filmu z konsoli w MPlayerze otrzymuje takie logi:

Zakładka: Oprogramowanie osób trzecich
Włączamy:
http://packages.medibuntu.org/interpid free non-free
Zamykamy
Z konsoli:
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install w32codecs
I odpalamy film rmvb pod SMPlayer
