Broadcom + ndiswrapper sterowniki

Post autor: kuzyn_mirka »

Mam pewien problem z moja karta wlan, a dokładnie to ze sterownikami do niej. Ściagnąłem sterowniki do tej karty. Zainstalowałem Ubuntu 8.10 uruchomiłem aplikacje "sterowniki windows dla urządzeń bezprzewodowych " i po załadowaniu nowego sterownika "bcmwl5.inf". Chcąc skonfigurować sieć wyskoczył mi bład "Could not find a network configuration tool", probowałem zrobić to raz jeszcze, ale pojawił sie ten sam komunikat.
maciek@komputer:~$ /etc/init.d/networking restart
* Rconfiguring network interfaces...
ifdown: failed to open statefile /var/run/network/ifstate: Permision denied
rm: nie można usunąć `/var/run/network/initizlized': Permisin denied
Próbowalem też wziać stop i start ale to samo mi sie pojawiło.... :sad:

sudo /usr/share/b43-fwcutter/install_bcm43xx_firmware.sh

a następnie

No czyli nie wgrałeś mojego pliku do /lib/firmware, patrz wcześniejszy opis

http://rapidshare.com/files/200659630/bcmwl5.zip.html oczywiście najpierw rozpakuj...

Dobijasz mnie :) Gdzie w moim zip'ie znalazłeś bcmwl5.inf?!

Po prostu ściągnij go z linka powyżej i rozpakój do /lib/firmware..

$ sudo ifconfig wlan0 down
$ sudo ifconfig wlan0 hw ether 01:01:01:01:01:01
SIOCSIFHAWDDR: Cannot assign requested adress
$ sudo ifconfig wlan0 up
A w dmesg pokazuje mi coś takiego
