SMPlayer - nie działa sterownik xv

[Frame]

Nagle przestał mi SMPlayerz działać sterownik xv [nie ma obrazu, dźwięk został], a x11 sie niestety ciagle zacina.
Mam karte GeForce FX 5200, sterowniki NVIDII 173.14.18 [po recznej aktualizacji z .16 dzialal chwile smplayer, moze to cos z xorg'iem?], Ubuntu 9.04. Uzywam Compiz Fusion.

Mam zainstalowane:
mplayer mplayer-fonts mplayer-nogui mplayer-pl mplayer-skins / smplayer wersja [najnowsza] 0.6.7.1

Ja powiem tak, że u mnie powyższe ustawienie eliminowało przycinanie filmów i zużycie procesora. I na 4 kompach też. No to spróbuj sterownik gl jak dobrze pamiętam. Zresztą wypróbuj wszystkie, może któryś zaskoczy.

Przyłączam się do problemu.U mnie jest identyczna sytuacja.Mam Gigabyte 8600GTS.Na 64 bitach normalnie chodzi SMplayer.Szkoda,bo to fajny odtwarzacz był.Na wcześniejszych wersjach Ubuntu mogłem też okgladać obrazy iso filmów.przygotowane np w DeVeDe i za pomoca SMplayera i Totem-Xine.Jak każę mu to zrobić za pomoca Mplayera,to mam zakłócenia:pt36:

u mnie w smplayerze też wywala błąd z kodem wyjścia, natomiast mplayer nie włącza się w ogóle - ani przez ikonę, ani z terminala. coś musiałam napsuć konfigurując napisy, bo to jedyna rzecz jaką zdążyłam zrobić po instalacji mplayera nim padł. jakieś pomysły jak to cofnąć?
