ubuntu 12.04 - wysoka temperatura procesora

witajcie, mam problem z bardzo wysoką temperaturą procesora która sięga 70 stopni... wiatraczek kręci jak oszalały. Problem ten nie występuje na windowsie gdzie temperatura jest w granicach 45-50 stopni. Próbowałem tego poradnika : http://www.ubuntu-pomoc.org/obnizenie-t ... procesora/ jednak nie na wiele się to zdało ( chociaż i tak odczułem spadek temperatury o ~5 stopni ). Problem ten pojawił się wraz z aktualizacją (właściwie to nową instalacją bety ) 12.04. Co robić?

chodziło mi o to, że po tym jak padło mi 11.10 zdecydowałem się na czystą instalacje 12.04 (wtedy jeszcze beta) jakieś 5-6 dni przed oficjalną premierą.

dzięki poradom e x t 7 3 udało się zbić temperaturę jedynie o 2-3 stopnie co niestety nie jest satysfakcjonującym wynikiem. Komputer nadal bardzo mocno się rozgrzewa.
