brak wifi - lspci widzi kartę, a iwconfig nie

witam,
proszę o informację jak mogę zresetować ustawienia karty sieciowej. wczęsniej byla widziana a po jakiś dziwnych operacjach mojego brata przestała. Dziwne, że lspci widzi kartę, a ifconfig -a już nie...

Brakowało tego modułu - z czego to wynikało? To jest sterownik do atherosa. Ale przecież system widział kartę więc sterownik był teoretycznie. Skąd ten problem?
