Wczoraj, niechcący rozwiązałem problem, mianowicie idąc za Twoją sugestią odinstalowałem WICD zamieniając go ponownie na network managera, i korzystając z szybkiego internetu w pracy zaktualizowałem wszystko co się dało, poza samym jądrem. Poaktualizacji ku mojemu zdumieniu połączył sie z wifi :O

//k2cl: ja ze swojej strony dodam, że komenda "dmsg" nie istnieje 
o grepie i "|" możesz dowiedzieć się czegoś chociażby z artykułów w Czytelni, tworzonych pod wspólnym szyldem "konsola nie gryzie".
