shutdown -h (time) nie wyłącza systemu

Hej,

mam problem z moim ubunciakiem, otóż zazwyczaj lubię sobie "na dobranoc" włączyć muzykę, ustawić shutdown -h z jakimś czasem i pójść spać. Otóż po przepięciu kompa do nowej obudowy zauważyłem problem z shutdown -h: system jakby zaczyna wyzwalać akcję shutdown'u, ale niestety się nie wyłącza - zatrzymuje się przy wyświetlonym spalsh screenie.

Szukałem rozwiązań w sieci ale się nie doszukałem. Najwięcej informacji znalazłem pod tym linkiem -> http://www.ehow.com/info_12174480_ubunt ... tdown.html

Niestety opcja z grubem nie pomaga(ustawione wszystko jak należy), co do podmontowwanych urządzeń to w usb jest tylko adapter od myszy i klawiatury bezprzewodowej.

Co do informacji z dmesg'u to nie potrafię wynaleźć żadnych błędów. Niemniej zamieszczam wycinki z dmesg'a:

[   17.799910] vboxdrv: Successfully loaded version 4.1.12_Ubuntu (interface 0x00190000).
Na zakończenie napiszę, że wyłączenie normalne systemu poprzez wyłącz komputer z panelu systemu skutecznie wyłącza komputer(bez efektu splash screenu). Domyślam się, że tam może idzie komenda halt?


Chciałbym jednak rozwiązać problem z czasowym wyłączaniem komputera. Niestety nakładki graficzne też nie rozwiązały tego problemu.

@Padowan: niestety uspienie któregokolwiek z tych procesów nie rozwiązuje sprawy. Ciągle niestety jest to samo. Co do wciskania Esc - nie, nie wciskałem.

@Rafcio: tak właśnie robiłem jak pisałem, to nie pomaga. Więc nie wiem po co ten post ;)

@ethanak: hej, próbowałem z opcją -f, ale to też nie pomagało, co do opcji -n to czytałem o niej, ale właściwie nie rozumiem tłumaczenia z manuala:
-n
[DEPRECATED] Don’t call init(8) to do the shutdown but do it ourself. The use of this option is discouraged, and its results are not always what you’d expect.
Nie wywołujemy funkcji init(8), ale co oznacza słowo, że rezultat nie zawsze jest taki jaki oczekuję? Coś może wybuchnąć? :)

ostatni raz użyłem tej opcji w 1998 na RH5 - komp się grzecznie wyłączył, a potem już nie było md0 :(
sprawdź jeszcze -P - nigdy nie próbowałem, ale może tu jest problem?

@Rafcio: trochę lat na linuchach siedzę, także taki trywialny błąd to nie w tym przypadku...niemniej dzięki za każdą sugestię :)

@ethanak: niestety opcja -P nie pomogła, nadal jest to samo. Z opcją -n wolę jakoś nie próbować po Twoim komentarzu.

Jeszcze jakieś sugestie? :)

Edit: z opcją -hP now to nawet nie wyłącza kompa...przy poprzednich to chociaż z now działało...

Gdy init jest proszony o zmianę poziomu działania, wysyła sygnał ostrzegawczy SIGTERM do wszystkich procesów, które nie są zdefiniowane w nowym poziomie pracy. Potem czeka 5 sekund zanim "na siłę" zakończy te procesy poprzez sygnał SIGKILL.
Być może init chce zabić proces nieprzerywalny i zacina się na tym.
Nowy plan działania:
1. Włącz komputer.
2. Po włączeniu X.org wydaj polecenie w xterm (lub innym emulatorze terminala):

sudo shutdown -h now
3. Kiedy zatnie się na splashu kliknij Esc. Powinna ukazać się konsola, może coś tam znajdziesz. Sprawdź również czy możesz się zalogować na wirtualnym terminalu.
4. Jeżeli logowanie jest możliwe to wydaj polecenie:

runlevel
Polecenie to pokazuje obecny i poprzedni poziom pracy. Wskazanie typu: mówi nam, że init ma problem ze zmianą poziomu pracy na 0.
5. Uruchom ponownie komputer.
6. Po włączeniu X.org wydaj polecenia w xterm (lub innym emulatorze terminala):

Nie ma takiego pliku ani katalogu
mówi nam, że init ma problem ze zmianą poziomu pracy na 0.
12. Wskazanie typu: mówi nam, że init spełnia swoje zadanie zmieniając poziom pracy na 0, a problem pojawia się na którymś z zadań z poziomu 0.
13. Zaloguj się na tty1 i wydaj polecenie:

sudo /etc/init.d/lightdm stop
zatrzyma to lightdm.
14. Wykonaj teraz

Kod: Zaznacz cały

sudo shutdown -h now
15. Jaki był efekt? Czy nadal się zacina na splash.

Może wyłączyć ten splash za pomocą GRUB.
Ostatnio zmieniony 16 sie 2012, 20:01 przez Padowan, łącznie zmieniany 1 raz.

Gdy się przycina na splashu wygląda na to, że dzieje się to po odmontowaniu sterowników do klawiatury/myszy, więc niestety wcisnięcie esc nie wchodzi w rachubę, bo to nie pomaga. Spróbuję jeszcze wyłączyć opcję "quiet" z logowania gruba i postaram się tam zweryfikować na czym to się przycina.

Myślałem, że z dmesg'ów jest ktoś w stanie wywnioskować co to może być za błąd, bo wydaje mi się, że jakiś sprzęt może to blokować(usb czy coś, np. klawiaturę i mysz mam podłączoną za pomocą wireless usb i się zastanawiam czy to np. ten czujniczek tego nie robi).


Niemniej będę dalej inwestygował. Bo problem jest delikatnie mówiąc - drażniący.

A halt i shutdown nie?
Trochę dziwne.

Spróbuj wyłączyć apparmora, i spróbować halt lub shutdown, jeśli wtedy zadziała, poznamy sprawcę.
Czyli:

Poza tym odpalasz z roota, czy tylko przez sudo?
Bo sudo nie zawsze pozwala na każdą akcję, np przy zapisie do plików /proc i /sys często nie działa, wywala brak uprawnień.
Krótko pisząc, zaloguj się do konsoli roota, i tam spróbuj, jeśli zadziała, to trzeba będzie pogadać z sudo.
Choć najczęściej takie cyrki powoduje ACPI, ale wtedy przy wyłączaniu z poziomu klikajła Unity też byłyby chyba raczej identyczne objawy, jak przy halt.
Całość wygląda na uprawnienia, consolekit, policykit, i cały bajzel, który dołożyli do środowisk graficznych, w dodatku objawy są dość nietypowe, jak na uprawnienia, i ciężko coś tu wydumać.

Nie jest to dopuszczalna i polecana metoda, ale może wyjaśni np kwestię uprawnień przy użyciu sudo.

Hej,

zastopowanie apparmora spowodowało, iż nawet normalny shutdown za pomocą przycisku ze "startu" nie był możliwy, tzn. zablokowało się na splashu.

Niestety inne próby również nie pomogły.

Nie próbowałem jeszcze z telinit 0, spróbuję dzisiaj i dam znać o updacie.

EDYTKA:

Telinit 0 z poziomu root'a niestety powoduje brak wyłączenia systemu...także to samo.

Hmm...mam najnowsze podejrzenie, że może chodzić o coś związanego z moją klawiaturą i myszką bezprzewodową, gdyż wczoraj ustawiłem shutdown -h z pewnym krótkim czasem, odpiąłem dongla od połączenia bezprzewodowego i system się wyłączył normalnie.

Będę to jeszcze testował i jak coś będę informował, niemniej jakby ktoś z Was się z czymś takim spotkał wcześniej i miał jakieś sugestie to oczywiście nie pogardzę :)

Sprobuj zamiast halt odpalic poweroff w ten czy inny sposob.
W Ubuntu 12-ce czegos zabraklo w defaultowych ustawieniach, nie wylacza komputera.
(mam ją dopiero z tydzien wiec nie dogrzebalem sie do tego, byly wazniejsze rzeczy.)

Odświeżam temat, gdyż ostatnio problem się rozwiązał po zainstalowaniu najświeższego jądra.

Teraz natomiast instalowałem ostatnio OSS-4 dla Xonara i od tej pory problem jest taki sam...otóż czasem(raz na 4-5 razy) komp się wyłączy za pomocą shutdown'a, ale najczęściej się jednak wiesza.

Ktoś się spotkał z czymś takim przy okazji OSS'a? Naprawił to ktoś? Trzeba czekać znowu na nowe jądro?
