Myślałem że w 64bit'owych wersjach nic nie trzeba grzebać aby był cały ram widziany i wykorzystywany przez system

Poza płytą główną, ograniczenia ma też procesor.

A zainstaluj jakieś sterowniki do karty graficznej, bo jedziesz na Gallium 0.4 on llvmpipe (LLVM 0x300) tzn. na "kawałku" procesora. Niby nie powinno grać roli, ale sprawdź.

Może inne ograniczenia. Byś musiał pokazać całe:

Poszukaj w synaptic pakietów z nazwą cedarview to sterowniki do GMA3600.
Ciekawa rzecz, w Mincie 13 z Mate jockey-gtk, czyli narzędzie do wykrywania sterowników wykrywa te drivery poprawnie.
Podpowiem też, że instalacja sterowników w terminalu zakończyła się wywrotką X-ów, przez jockey-gtk bez bólu.
Instalacja sterowników rozwiązała u mnie problem z regulacją świecenia matrycy, ale nie spowodowała, że system zaczął wykrywać 4GB RAM, nadal widzi 2,98.

AOD270 jest jakiś kapryśny, 12.10 wywala się przy instalacji, poległem również przy odpaleniu compiza. Ekran drga, skacze, znikają ikony i panele, nie miałem już czasu nad nim popracować, poszedł do użytku tak jak jest.
- Tylko nadal nie wiemy, co tu robił ten gość z siekierą?
- Pewnie sie-kierował czymś!

Znalazłem ale sterowniki tylko pod 32bit na 64bit nie ma próbowałem to zainstalować ale mi nic nie dało, kolejny + dla 32bit :(
