błędy w repozytoriach Ubuntu 12.04

Wkleiłem zalecane repozytoria dla Ubuntu 12.04 z forum i do zeszłego tygodnia było wszystko OK. Od czwartku nie ma możliwości aktualizacji i pokazuje się komunikat:
" W:Duplicate sources.list entry http://archive.canonical.com/ubuntu/ precise/partner i386 Packages (/var/lib/apt/lists/archive.canonical.com_ubuntu_dists_precise_partner_binary-i386_Packages), E:Encountered a section with no Package: header, E:Problem with MergeList /var/lib/apt/lists/packages.medibuntu.org_dists_precise_free_binary-i386_Packages, E:The package lists or status file could not be parsed or opened."
oraz
"Wystąpił niemożliwy do rozwiązania problem podczas inicjowania informacji o pakietach.

Proszę zgłosić ten błąd dla pakietu „update-manager”, załączając poniższą treść komunikatu błędu:
