Instalacja Ubuntu na Lenovo G580 [UEFI]

Cześć,

Męczę się z tym problemem już parę dni. Nie mogę sobie z nim poradzić wiec przybywam po radę.
Posiadam laptop Lenovo G580 i pierwszy system jaki na nim zaistalowałem to Win7. Chciałem przenieść się na Ubuntu. Jednak po instalacji tego systemu i po komunikacie że przebiegła ona pomyślnie i że będzie można korzystać z niego po ponownym uruchomieniu komputera, włącza się system Windows. Instalowałem z USB, Live działa bardzo dobrze.

Posiadam 3 partycje dla Win i jedna duża dla Ubuntu+swap. Jako że nie jestem obeznany w Linuxach szukałem poradników w internecie. Próbowałem przywrócić Gruba, bez skutku. Przestawiałem bootowanie na partycję z Ubuntu(w live i zmiana flag w gparted) jednak wyświetla mi się komunikat "Missing operating system".
Poprzez EasyBCD dodałem wpis Ubuntu jednak uruchamia się tylko czarny ekran z grub>_.

Próbowałem wersji 12.04 Przyjazny Puchacz i innej 12.04 z anglojęzycznej strony Ubuntu.
Próbowałem dwoma Pendrivami. Do nagrana iso na usb użyłem: Lili usb creator, Universal usb installer i unetbootin(bootowanie jest w porządku i nie sprawia problemu).

Nie pamiętam czy wymieniłem wszystkie rzeczy które próbowałem ale za nic nie mogę przy uruchamianiu lapka zobaczyć bootloadera z Win i Linuxem.

następnie restart i sprawdź czy działa.

Po restarcie wciaz wlacza sie windows 7.

Ok, udało się. Użyłem programu boot-repair. Kazał mi wpisać do terminala pare linijek, sam coś tam porobił i po restarcie ukazał się długo oczekiwany grub z wyborem systemu Ubuntu(bez Win7). Dla dodania Win7 do gruba wystarczy w terminalu wpisać:
sudo update-grub2
i mamy wszystkie systemy do wyboru.

To tak dla kogoś kto miałby podobny problem.

Witam serdecznie.
Trochę wstyd, że nie umiem tego rozwiązać a bawię się linuxem od prawie 5 lat. Mam problem w postacji instalacji linuxa na Lenovo G580-20150. Laptopa dostałem bez systemu i zainstalowałem na nim windows 7 wyłącząjąc uprzednio w biosie UEFI bo inaczej klapa. Teraz postanowiłem doinstalować UBUNTU 13.10 a tu zonk... instalator z wyłączonym UEFI zamiera na: syslinux 4.06 EDD 2012-10-23 Copyright (C) 1994-2012 H. Peter Anvin et al

Wygooglowałem, że zmiana w biosie na UEFI pomoże i faktycznie... live usb ruszyło... ale nie mogę zmieniać nic w dysku...chyba, że wyczyścić cały dysk i zainstalować ubuntu, ale ta obcja nie wchodzi w gre bo nadal potrzebuję windows.

Czy jest możliwość instalacji jak za dawnych czasów bez użycia UEFI?
