Błąd BrokenCount >0 po przerwanej aktualizacji systemu

Dziś chciałem zaktualizować system dzięki Aktualizacjom Oprogramowania, ale coś się niby zepsuło - nie doczytałem się dokładnie i po kilku minutach wyłączyłem komputer bo był niepotrzebny. Włączam - wyskakuje jakieś czerwone kółeczko obok klawiatury (zepsutej od długiego czasu) i oznajmia iż wystąpił błąd gdyż ponieważ jakieś BrokenCount >0. I żeby szukać w apt-get. Ale co dokładnie wpisać w terminalu? Zauważyłem że Chromium przez to dziwnie się zachowuje - gdy zaznaczam tekst, pyta się czy to plik wideo, albo czy zapisać plik muzyczny.

i pokaż nam co wywaliło.

Naprawiłem jakoś dzięki apt-get -f install i winne było Chromium. Zniknęło kółeczko ale Aktualizacje dalej nie idą a Chromium ma dziwne błędy - przykładowo otwórz w nowej karcie to teraz polecenie "przeładuj aplikację" a w nowej karcie - przetłumacz na język $1.

Najpierw spróbuj wyczyścić konfigurację. Wykonaj poniższe i zresetuj przeglądarkę.

mv ~/.config/chromium mv ~/.config/chromium_bak

Jeżeli nie pomoże, to usuń przeglądarkę wraz z plikami konfiguracyjnymi i zainstaluj ponownie.
(zwykła reinstalacja może nie wyczyścić wszystkich plików)

sudo apt-get install chromium-browser

Zobacz, czy po ponownym włączeniu przeglądarki problem dalej występuje.

Nie mam pojęcia co jest temu problematycznemu systemowi. Nic nie mogę zainstalować, nie mogę dokonać aktualizacji, reinstalacja Perla i repozytoriów nic nie pomaga. Szukałem na stronach anglojęzycznych ale z tego co zrozumiałem, problem jest bardziej skomplikowany i jego rozwiązanie raczej nie mieści się w "sudo apt-get".
