Acer Aspire V3-771G - zakłócenia w obsłudze portów USB

Problem z usb jest następujący: po włożeniu do portu myszy działa ona poprawnie lecz po upływie kilku sekund w bezruchu lampki kontrolne gasną(jakby brak zasilania), jednak po kliknięciu na na dowolny przycisk wszystko wraca do normy(dopóki nie nastąpi ponowny kilku sekundowy bezruch). Jest to strasznie irytujące gdyż gdy przeglądam stronę w firefoxie i jestem już w połowie to nagle wracam na jej początek. Problem ten nie występuje gdy odłączę mysz i używam touchpada. Laptop ma dwa porty USB 3.0 i 2.0 również dwa dyski jeden SSD 60GB a drugi HDD 750 GB, na SSD ma Ubuntu i Windows 8(na Windowsie wszystko działa poprawnie)
Problemem jest również używanie pendriva, raz go widać raz nie. Zauważyłem również problemy ze stabilnością i wydajnością, programy często się wieszają, pisanie tekstu jest męczące gdyż laptop łapie 'zwieche' w momencie rozpoczęcia pisania i dopiero po kilu sekundach widać co się napisało.

No to jesteśmy w domu. Config laptop-mode-tools jest tak ustawiony. Dodatkowo to przeżytek, wypierany przez TLP lub NeteXt'73. Po deinstalacji powinno się poprawić (u mnie na Manjaro i Sabayonie tak było), ale bateria może znikać w zastraszającym tempie.
