Niedzialajaca samba

mam pewien problem
mianowicie zainstalowalem na moim ubuntu sambe. niestety nie dziala ona. gdy klikam na siec a potem na siec Windows wyswietla sie okienko bledu z napisem:
Zamontowanie położenia nie jest możliwe
Nieudane uzyskanie listy udziałów z serwera

jak moge ten problem naprawic. i jak przy dzialajacej sambie uzywac drukarki podlaczonej do innego kompa z xp??

[homarus]

Proponuję abyś uruchomił menedżera pakietów synaptic, usunął całą sambę a potem zainstalował ją na nowo z plikiem konfiguracyjnym opiekuna pakietu. Następnie wykonaj to polecenie:
homarus@localhost >sudo /etc/init.d/samba restart
Jeszcze tylko coś udostępnij ppm na folderze i opcja właściwości a potem share (nadaj uprawnienia automatycznie)
i będzie działać.
