Smartmontools Uszkodzony Dysk?

Witam. Od pewnego czasu mam problem z komputerem. Pojerzenie padło na dysk twardy. Sprawdziłem pamięć SMART programem smartmontools. Proszę o informację czy mój dysk jest uszkodzony, gdyż nie rozumiem informacji zawartych w raporcie. Z góry dziękuję i pozdrawiam.
