Partycja na dysku zewnętrznym - błąd

Próbowałem stworzyć partycję na dysku zewnętrznym, jednak wyświetla się błąd:

Z czym jest to związane i jak to rozwiązać?

A odmontowałeś ten dysk?

Tego dysku nie da się ani zamontować, ani odmontować. Jest całkowicie pusty, bez partycji.

Ja tak miałem jak próbowałem sformatować dysk, a jak sformatowałem wolumin wszystko było okej.
