Deinstalacja komponentów serwera www i ich prawidłowa ponowna instalacja

Problemy teoretycznie dwa, ale myślę, że ściśle ze sobą związane

Dziś postawiłem Ubuntu 10.04 Desktop. Miałem zamiar używać go jako czystego systemu tylko do nauki PHP i MySQL, ale oczywiście nie wypaliło.
Zacząłem od instalacji ze źródeł według tego poradnika. Nie wyszło, a więc zamiast szukać problemu, ja głupi zainstalowałem serwer według kolejnego poradnika i znowu spartaczyłem robotę.
Chcę teraz, pozbyć się wszystkiego, co zepsułem, aby pod localhost i 127.0.0.1 nie wyświetlała się żadna strona a tradycyjne nie znaleziono. Potem chciałbym zainstalować Apache, PHP, MySQL i phpMyAdmin i tyle. Nic więcej, dlatego też AMP odpadają. Czym się kierować, aby po raz kolejny nie zepsuć idealnego porządku w Ubuntu.

możesz poszukać w synaptic wszystkiego co dotyczy pakietów, które zainstalowałeś, a ponowna instalacja sprowadza się do

No właśnie to nic nie dało, ciągle zarówno localhost jak i 127.0.0.1 dumnie głoszą It works! z tym, że localhost wyświetla samo it works, a 127.0.0.1 dodaje jeszcze, że to standardowa strona :/

Z racji, że jedyną zmianą w oprogramowaniu jest Kadu, to czy nie łatwiej będzie mi zrobić format i postawić Ubu na nowo? Ale wtedy potrzebuję pewnej meteody co do Apache+PHP+MySQL+phpMyAdmin.

Poszukaj innych są na forum.
