problem rozwiązany

najpierw polecenie sudo apt-get autoremove do usuwania nieużywanych pakietów
potem sudo apt-get autoclean do czyszczenia systemu
na koniec sudo dpkg --configure -a do naprawiania uszkodzonych pakietów

dziekuje za pomoc i mam nadzieje ze powyższe info tez komuś pomoże
