ogólny brak dźwięku-ubuntu 12.04.1 lts karta dźwiękowa: Realtek ALC883

Proszę o pomoc. Borykam się z ogólnym brakiem dźwięku. Jeżeli chodzi o Linuxa (tak jak w temacie marihuaniny) jestem kompletnie zielony.

Nie używałem Ubuntu 12.04 (wróciłem do tej dystrybucji po jakimś czasie już na 12.10) także nie wiem, czy w 12.04 było już PulseAudio, ale jeżeli tak, to sprawdź czy masz zainstalowany pakiet "pavucontrol". Dostaniesz w ten sposób panel kontrolny do PulseAudio, gdzie będziesz miał więcej opcji.

U mnie domyślnie po instalacji (Dell OptiPlex 755) również nie mam dźwięku, pomimo prawidłowej instalacji karty dźwiękowej, ale wystarczy wybrać inne urządzenie w urządzeniach wyjściowych i dźwięk się pojawia
