Niekompletne repozytoria

Witam mam taki problem: zainstalowałem Ubuntu 16.04 z płyty przy włączonej sieci z aktualizacjami.
Zobaczyłem że w Ubuntu Software jest bardzo mało programów, gier i w ogóle, często w internecie widziałem, że dany pakiet jest w Ubuntu w podstawowych repozytoriach, lecz ani nie znajdywał w sklepiku, ani nie znajdywał apt-getem. Pojawiły się jakieś aktualizacje, kazałem je zainstalować, zablokowałem komputer wracam
za jakiś czas i już nie ma żadnego paska postępu, ani nic i myślę że skoro tak, to je zainstalował było późno, już po dobranocce więc wyłączyłem komputer.
Potem włączyłem i apt-get nie działał, bo się okazało że przerwałem mu aktualizacje, choć nie było jak już napisałem żadnej informacji że ona trwa. System powiedział żebym
wpisał

 sudo dpkg --configure -a

żeby to naprawić. Więc wpisałem i apt-get działa lecz i po tym wszystkim i przed nie mogłem znaleść wielu pakietów które powinny być np quanta
plik sources.list wygląda tak:

I przed tą akcją z aktualizacją też nie było wielu pakietów i quanty też dlatego właśnie zrobiłem aktualizację ponieważ myślałem że to poprawi sytuację

Nie wiem jak można nie wiedzieć, że aktualizacja jest w toku. Mój plik sources.list jest identyczny. Jeżeli jakichś pakietów brakuje, to poszukaj informacji w sieci. Może trzeba skorzystać z repozytoriów zewnętrznych.

Czego konkretnie brakuje w tych repozytoriach?

Często czytam że powinien być jakiś pakiet w podstawowych repozytoriach Ubuntu a go nie ma np quanta plus np Ubuntu SDK i wielu innych nie znajduje ich ani w sklepiku
ani w konsoli posługując się apt-getem

W repozytoriach Ubuntu w sekcji universe jest ubuntu-sdk. Dowód: http://packages.ubuntu.com/xenial/ubuntu-sdk

Jak szukasz pakietów?
Użyj polecenia:

Kod: Zaznacz cały

apt-cache search nazwa-pakietu

Jeśli chodzi o Quanta Plus - od kilku ładnych lat nie jest rozwijana. Można powiedzieć że została wciągnięta do KDevelop.
