Instalacja openldap, błąd compilatora C

Witam.
Dostałem na praktykach zadanie zainstalowania ldapa.
Dodam ze z linuxa jestem ciemny, za rzadko uzywam.
po sciagnieciu z http://www.openldap.org/software/download/ i rozpakowaniu, podczas próby configuracji wyskakuje mi błąd:

zainstalowałem najnowszą wersje gcc, próbowałem w różne sposoby, ale nic z tego.
nawet uaktywniłem konto root i z niego próbowałem.

wie ktoś w czym tkwi problem??

zainstalowałem najnowszą wersje gcc, próbowałem w różne sposoby, ale nic z tego.

jakiego gcc uzywasz ?

najnowszego chyba gcc - 4.2 w tej chwili nie dokłądnie nie pamiętam, jak bede jutro na praktykach to sie jeszcze upewnie.

dokadnie gcc-4.2.3
calkiem nie wiem co tu teraz zrobić. mozna powiedziec ze stoje w miejscu...
