Mam monitor 24'' LG Flatron W2452V maxymalna rozdzielczość to 1920x1200 wszystko ładnie działa w kde4. Problem mam taki że próbuję już od dłuższego czasu zwiększyć rozdzielczość ekranu ładowania systemu w kubuntu. Bo jak na razie jest w rozdzielczości 800x600 co daje straszną pixelozę i logo jest spłaszczone. Poszukałem trochę na necie i wygląda na to że wystarczy dodać do /boot/grub/menu.lst parametr vga z odpowiednią wartością którą można znaleźć http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/VESA_BIOS_ ... de_numbers i powinna się zwiększyć rozdzielczość przy bootowania systemu. Tutaj pojawia się pierwszy problem bo nie ma rozdzielczości 1920x1200. Ale zauważyłem że jest rozdzielczość 1600x1200 więc pomyślałem że lepsze to niż nic i dodałem do menu.lst parametr vga=799. Oczywiście kernel wyrzucił przy restarcie że nie obsługuje takiej rozdziałki. Trochę się zdziwiłem ale pomyślałem że poeksperymentuję z innymi dopiero dla rozdziałki 1280x1024 i niżej działa. Dlaczego? Widziałem bootsplashe do rozdziałki 1920x1024 czemu u mnie się nie da ustawi takiej rozdziałki?
